Alban Richard is CEO of UShareSoft, bringing more than 25 years experience in the IT industry, including engineering, marketing and product management executive roles, with P&L and general management responsibilities. He has a successful track record for building more than 20 server software product lines. Alban is also a Board Member for the OW2 Consortium.
Thomas Debru is COO and co-founder of UShareSoft. Thomas has more than 16 years experience in the development and quality assurance of enterprise software. Prior to co-founding UShareSoft, Thomas held several management positions at Sun Microsystems and Atos Origin.
James Weir is CTO and co-founder of UShareSoft. He has over 14 years experience in operating systems and middleware, specializing in SaaS platforms, cloud computing and virtualization. Prior to co-founding UShareSoft, James held several software development positions at Sun Microsystems and GEC Marconi.
Olivier Bourdon is a co-founder of UShareSoft and is the company's technical guru. Olivier has over 20 years experience in designing and developing software products, specializing in IT networking administration and security, quality assurance and customer service. Olivier previously co-founded Mataru and held management positions at Sun Microsystems.
Christian Bigeard has more than 25 years experience in sales, marketing and international business development in the software industry. Christian previously held a number of senior management roles at Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, including Sun Microsystems, Cap Gemini and Chorus Systems, with assignments in Europe and Asia.
Bernard Guidon is an active Board Member of UShareSoft. He is also a Board member at Aruba Networks and eCairn. He is a Veteran Executive at Hewlett Packard (HP) where he managed HP major operations. Prior to this position, Guidon was Vice President of HP Professional Services Organization (1999-2002), a $1.5B line of business employing over 6000 people worldwide. As VP of HP Telecommunication Business Unit (1997-1999), Guidon succeeded to position HP as the # 1 computer company in this segment. Prior to this position, Bernard was responsible for HP Unix product lines, including the market leading line of HP servers and workstations; he was responsible for establishing HP as the clear #1 Unix supplier in the world with a multi-billion dollar product line. Bernard is a French native who has extensive direct management experience throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
Kazuo Tsuzuki joined UShareSoft's Board of Directors in July 2010. He is also currently an advisor to NEC Corporation as well as industry consultant in Japan. From 2008-2010, he was serving as CEO, NEC Philips which is located in The Netherlands. Prior to this position, Tsuzuki-San was the Executive General manager NEC Corporation where he was responsible for enterprise communication business worldwide, including Japan, Asia, Australia, North America, Latin America, and EMEA.
Hubert Catanese is a seasoned executive with almost 25 years of international experience in sales and marketing. Catanese has considerable experience in leading and working with French and European start-ups. He is currently CEO at Kadrige, a VC-backed start-up providing full SaaS solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining Kadrige, Catanese held several CEO and senior sales management positions at start-ups. He also spent 15 years at Sun Microsystems in France and the United States. Hubert holds a MS in Electronics from the ESME Engineering School in Paris.
